This simple Mustard Vinaigrette is better than any store bought dressing.
- 6 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbps of white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic, smashed
- pinch of dried parsley
- pinch of dried tarragon
- freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together and toss with your salad when ready to serve. Makes 1/2 cup.
