- 8 lamb chops, cut 1-inch thick
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Over very low heat, warm the honey, mustard, and pepper. Broil the chops for 7 minutes, 3 inches from the broiler. Brush with the mustard/honey glaze. Turn the chops over and broil for another 5 minutes while brushing with the mixture. Serve chops with the remaining glaze.
