Aioli Sauce
Aioli Sauce is great on top of crab cakes, steak, a dip for vegetables and as a condiment on sandwiches. It can also be used in potato salad or tuna salad.
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grainy mustard
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ground salt and pepper
Mix yolks, mustard and horseradish in a food processor. While mixing, slowly drizzle in oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
