Mustard BBQ Sauce

Perfect topping for fish, grilled meats, chicken, ham and pulled pork!

  • 1 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 buckwheat honey
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk and bring liquid to a light boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to reduce liquid by a third, or until desired consistency is reached. Store unused sauce in a mason jar or other tightly sealed container in fridge for up to one week.
