Maple Mustard Butter

Delicious melted over your favourite vegetables, grilled meats or fish.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp flat leaf parsley or chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper

In small bowl combine all ingredients. Stir well until creamy. Store up to 3 days in refrigerator.
