Delicious melted over your favourite vegetables, grilled meats or fish.
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp flat leaf parsley or chives, chopped
- salt and pepper
In small bowl combine all ingredients. Stir well until creamy. Store up to 3 days in refrigerator.
